Affable and particularly helpful staff explained where we were staying. The location of the property was beautiful and good, to the NW mountains. Tried some takeout specials at Sparky's Grill, luckily it was relatively near the venue.

I had a great Christmas stay at this hotel! the location was perfect for me as it was within walking distance to the Polytechnic University of Crete. I also loved the fact that there were plenty of good shops and tavernas nearby to explore. the views from the hotel were absolutely stunning, with a picturesque view of the sea and mountains. It was such a delight to wake up to such a breathtaking sight every morning.
the air conditioning unit in my room was quite old and struggled to warm up the room properly, especially since I was on the top floor facing north. the kitchenette facilities were quite rudimentary and lacked the necessary utensils.
